After 11 years in the entertainment industry

as an actress, director, designer and educator,
Marnie Clagett turned from a life spent in front
of audiences to begin Clagett Photography. She
brings all of her experience from the
entertainment world directly to her work as a
photographer.

"It's ironic to me that a gal who once

worked so hard to be in front of the
camera would find her true passion
behind one," she says.

Before that, Marnie went to

Northwestern University and studied
all kinds of things that helped her
to land her theatrical jobs. Turns out,
those same studies helped her to become
the creative and energetic photographer
she is today.

And a long, long time before that,
Marnie picked up her first camera.
Her love for the medium and for the
people she photographs is obvious in
each of her images. She is passionate
about bringing out the best in her
clients--old and young, human and, well, other.
